Learn to play at Roundwood Bowls

 

 

Before making any commitment to sign up as a member, non-bowlers and complete beginners are invited to sign up for our "Bowls Taster" programme. This involves 5 two hour coaching sessions run by qualified personnel of the English Bowls Coaching Scheme a recognised programme which will take you through an approved syllabus.

You pay £5 towards the Norfolk Coaching Association for the 5 sessions (no rink fees) and we will even provide you with bowls and shoes so there is minimal financial output until you are sure the game is for you.

 

Coaching sessions can even be programmed at times to suit you and there will be a maximum of six persons per coach at each session. Start with a friend or family member (but if you do not have anyone else to start with, you will soon make new friends).

 

Junior sessions are run through the Schools now scheme.
