What to expect at Roundwood Indoor Bowls Club….

Both competitive and recreational sessions

At Roundwood Indoor Bowls Club the timetable is divided between competitive leagues with a number of formats, friendly roll up sessions and social bowls sessions, so there is something for everyone. There is also the opportunity to enter club, county and national competitions.

Beginners encouraged

For non-bowlers or beginners and seasoned bowlers who need to tweak their game, we offer great value coaching sessions – just £20 for five 2 hour sessions or alternatively you could book just one 2 hour session for £4. Bowls and shoes are provided. We have special junior bowls in bright colours to encourage the younger bowler – so bring the family. For beginners who wish to try bowls for the first time we do offer a taster session free of charge. We do ask you to check with the club first to enable us to arrange a coach or experienced bowler to assist you.

Relaxed atmosphere and a friendly welcome

The club has a licenced bar and social area which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and provides a perfect setting to meet with friends to enjoy a drink or meal before or after a game.
